How we can help

My community office on Main Street exists for one reason: to make the provincial government work for you. Paperwork stuck, milestone worth celebrating, event you’d like me at: this is the place to ask.

No appointment. No runaround.

Walk in, call, or email. Our team will sit with you, cut through the paperwork, and stay on it until it’s resolved. We can serve you in several languages, and there’s never a charge. Just ask.

01: Documents

ServiceOntario & documents

We’re not a ServiceOntario counter, but when the everyday paperwork gets stuck, we know exactly who to call.

Driver’s licences Renewals and address changes that hit a wall, and every ServiceOntario headache.
Health cards OHIP renewals and replacements that stalled, and coverage questions.
Certificates Birth, marriage, and death certificate requests and delays.
Ontario photo cards Helping residents who don’t drive get government ID.
Commissioner of Oaths: free Documents sworn or affirmed at our office, at no cost. Skip the fee entirely.
Vehicle registration Plates, stickers and ownership transfers that got stuck.

02: Support

Benefits & financial support

When you’re navigating a program, an appeal, or a wait that’s gone on too long.

OSAP & students Student aid applications, appeals, and repayment questions.
ODSP & Ontario Works Navigating benefits, casework, and stalled files.
Trillium & seniors Drug benefit, energy support, and seniors’ programs.
Housing & tenancy Provincial housing programs and Landlord and Tenant Board matters.
WSIB & workplace injuries Claims and appeals when a workplace injury upends things.
Finding a family doctor Ontario is connecting everyone to primary care. We’ll help you navigate Health Care Connect.

03: Celebrations

Milestones & celebrations

The happy side of this office, and honestly, our favourite requests.

Milestone scrolls & certificates Official congratulations for special birthdays, anniversaries and achievements. Give us two weeks’ notice if you can.
Marriage ceremonies: free It’s true: your MPP can marry you. I’d be honoured to officiate, and it costs nothing.
Invite Zee to an event School assembly, grand opening, cultural celebration, charity run: if I can be there, I will. Fridays and weekends are Milton days.
Request a meeting Sit down with me or the team about an issue that matters to you, at the office or at your kitchen table.
Queen’s Park tours Visiting the Legislature? We’ll help arrange your tour of the building where Milton’s voice gets heard.

The process

How it works

Reach out

Walk into the office on Main Street, call, or send us a note. Tell us what’s going on, in as much or as little detail as you have.

We advocate

We deal directly with the right ministry or agency on your behalf, and we know which doors to knock on to get an answer.

We follow through

We stay on it and keep you posted until it’s resolved, not until the file is passed along and forgotten.

Who handles what
